Bachelor of Arts in History

What will I be studying?

History majors immerse themselves in the study of humankind's accumulated heritage from the fossil past to the nuclear present, which in turn provides them with insights into contemporary social, political, economic and intellectual problems. The study of history furnishes students with an increased awareness of the world and a better understanding of their place in it. In short, when you study history you not only learn important information and skills, but you also are challenged to think, to communicate and to cope with complexity. <<more information>>
